Print a test page

Print a test page to verify that the printer connection and configuration work correctly. After completing troubleshooting steps and confirming printer services, send a test print for the user to verify. The Printers feature in the Direct Support interface lets you view and manage printers configured on a managed device.

This feature is only available for managed Windows devices with N-able N-central agents installed.

How to print a test page

  1. Go to Views > All Devices and select the Network Devices tab.
  2. Select the device Name.
  3. Go to Tools > Printers.

  4. In the Select User drop-down menu, choose the user account to run the command as.

  5. Select the check box beside a printer.

    6. You can select multiple printers to print test pages at the same time.

  6. Select Print Test Page to send the test page to the printer.
